We stayed at Nellie's, our second visit this year, a lovely cottage, clean and well kept with all the things you need in a kitchen. The beds were comfy and the shower was powerful. Sheila and Andrew are delightful hosts. We came home with lots of apples to freeze for the winter. Totally recommend a stay at Nellie's.

We had a short but enjoyable stay in Nellie’s Cottage, to allow us to attend an event at Floors Castle. The cottage is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable, with Sheila close by if assistance needed. It’s a lovely area to visit and we will definitely be back to explore some more. Highly recommend.

Tips for other travellers: The Homestead cafe and farm shop has a good lunch menu and has a craft area too. Great place to have a walk around. Kelso and Coldstream are interesting places to explore too.
The cottage was immaculate with all the add ons we might have wanted ( esp ladies!)’hairdryer, mirrors and a powerful shower! We had very cold nights and could heat up the sitting room in minutes. A perfect cottage for fishing folks.
